Fullhurst College choose CSL as part of £12 million refurbishment

Fullhurst College is a educational facility for 900 pupils aged 11-16 years  and their  first phase of redevelopment is now complete. The redevelopment of the school involves a part new-build and partial refurbishment of 10,500 m2, at a value of approximately £12 million.

The newly built section of the school involved the demolition of old wings which were replaced by a new 3 storey extension. The new buildings, which include the dining hall, library and administration block, have been built around the existing main hall and form part of the communal areas. A new entrance which includes a glass facade that allows for natural light and ventilation, has also been constructed.  This is located at what was the rear of the school and allows separate pedestrian and vehicle entrances.

Before the start of the refurbishment CSL were asked to thoroughly evaluate the college’s print, copy and scan requirements. Along with other  equipment suppliers we put together a plan and a full proposal for their consideration. Supplying the  educational sector is a big part of our business profile so we understood their needs and  requirements and our proposal outlined a business plan which would make the college more productive and make huge cost savings.

After our presentations, and also taking college staff to see equipment in our other on-site locations, CSL were given the good news that they had won the order.
