We employ 20 qualified workshop and field-based technicians, providing extensive skills to minimise any machine down-time for our clients. All of our sales staff and engineers are manufacturer trained and we have built-up unrivalled expertise offering support across Apple, Citrix and MS networks.

Sometimes it’s not possible to resolve your problem remotely; that’s when our 4-hour response time comes into its own, ensuring that you won’t wait more than half a day before a professional, certified technician is with you, ensuring normal service is resumed as soon as possible and with the minimum of disruption.

CSL can now offer its own version of LogMeIn Solution, free of charge, with all of our contracted networked products. We can also offer this secure, on-demand support independently to our non-contract clients.
Recognised by IT professionals, LogMeIn is a remote, interactive, diagnostic support tool which can reduce your downtime and eliminate the need for an engineer’s visit. Our technician will access your computer or internet enabled device, asking you to undertake certain tasks or answer questions to assist us in our investigations.
Once identified, if we cannot resolve your problem immediately, one of our engineers will be with you on site within four hours to get you up and running.
