Our service engineers are all manufacturer trained in both the mechanical and IT functions of every machine we sell.

Our smallest customer is as important as the very largest and receives the same level of customer care for which we pride ourselves.
A natural progression to the CSL customer care philosophy was the development of both the Digital Print Centres and the Office Supplies divisions. In the early 70’s customers would regularly pop in to have a “photostat” or to buy a rubber or Tippex. Both divisions are highly professional and dedicated to the CSL ideal.

CSL has a longstanding commitment to supporting our local hospice LOROS (the Leicestershire and Rutland Organisation for the Relief of Suffering).
LOROS charge no fees for its care and support services, which are available to all local people regardless of their race or creed. The Charity relies on the generosity of individuals, groups, Trusts and the business community to fund services including The Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice, a specialist centre providing skilled nursing and medical care in an environment that recognises the particular needs of patients and their families.
